Shikshan Prasarak Mandal's
Every year, English Language and Literary Forum is formed, when the new session starts. The executive body is formed to streamline the yearly programs. Apart from the inauguration of the forum department organizes Guest Lectures, Competitions, Workshops etc. The executive council takes initiatives for organizing the programs. The student representatives play major role in executive council.

As literature has its unending impression on the human psyche that illuminate and enhance the way of thinking. These lines ensure and envisage the depth of human life and its complexities but on the other hand it does indicate & make us aware the responsibilities to be done before death. Literature paves the way for new and charming life; it recuperates the person from the utter disillusionment and deception. Literature has such treasure that illuminate the whole process of life by bringing the elements together such as imagination, reality, goodness, affinity, history in the form of luminous and colourful rainbow and perhaps to bring about such wonderful change the dept. of English started to avail the platform in terms of English Literary Forum (ELF).
The purpose of English Literary Forum is to offer the students the new arena of rejoice and joy, also to form the platform where the different programs can be organized during the year. During the session 2018-19 on Jan.08, 2019 a guest lecture was organized in which Dr. Nitin Jadhav was chief guest for this program in which he delivered lecture on the topic "The Relevance of Language and literature in present scenario'. Afterwards on 14 the Feb, 2019 story Telling Competition was organized. In this competition 14 students took participation; Ku. Shivani Wankhede (B.Com.II) was succeeded to secure first prize and Ku. Neha Shinde (B.Com III) got second prize. The encouragement prizes were given to Rohit Jadhav (B.A.I) and Ku. Kavita Jangid (B.Com. II) respectively. Dr. K.A. Thosar HOD English Dept. & Dr. S.G. Raut worked as the judges for this story telling competition.

The Executive council was active thoughout the year providing the favourable atmosphere for English Language in catering the thirst of knowledge and literary zeal of the students.
English language is the window to the world considering the same as very important the FLF means English Literary forum made same additional and emerges us English language and literary Forum instead. The Goble recognition of English language brings to the notice of its essential and crucial nature to be introduced various arenas in consonance with the present scenario. The skill of English language and literature make a beeline for the new & bright future for the students studying in college and Universities. Only the need is that students should seize the day even in this globalized context because there is always room at the top and that would be available when someone focuses on English studies.
Anyone can start a wee bit to develop his or her skills and for that genuine task we, the forum organized a lecture (talk) cum workshop on "Communication and Interview Skills." by De SI Jukkalkar of Shri Shivaji College,Chikhli He meticulously wrapped everybody's head around the topic and the result is that the student paid their kind attention to his interlocutor He striked exactly the right note with the importance of English language for inculcating this zeal and zenith in the college premise the forum is bound to form its executive committee and the composition of it is as follows:

The executive council was on its way to imbibe the English language and literary study culture throughout the year. In this way the forum was on its toes to offer any help concerning to the English study and gaining its knowledge.
The English Language and Literature Society of the college will organize an online lecture for the students on Thursday, April 22, 2021 on the topic "English Language, Literature and Pandemic". To tell how students should make good use of their time to take advantage of the global importance of the English language and the various opportunities available in it and to gain proficiency in it. To provide information about various YouTube channels, courses and other things available on the internet to the students and how to make the students develop the language in a curious manner and along with its development. He Gave information about how to make life happy, prosperous and joyful by consulting literature. Or the program was coordinated and vote of thanks was expressed by Pvt. Satish More, Head of English Language and Development Board, said. Dr. Kedar Thosar and Dr. Subhash Raut of the English Department were present. Or the Honorable Principal of the college, Dr. Subhash Gavane Sir was present as the president of the program. Honorable teachers and non-teaching staff of the college, students and parents graced the program by their presence.
The English Language and Literary Forum of S.P.M.Late Tatyasaheb Mahajan Arts and Commerce College ,Chikhli organized a guest lecture on “English Language as an Employment Opportunity”,and Prof.Anand Sable attended as a keynote speaker. His guidance is not only on the English language, but the fluent mastery of the language which is loved by the scholars and in that context he has introduced many new ways and simple methods. Technologies offer various ways to master our English, we can use our knowledge to master the language in various ways. So that the richness and influence of language falls on one, we can be cooperative in imprinting our personality. He believed that this made the path to success easy. Language is a secret of success that cannot be ignored. On this occasion, he asserted that success is created.
Dr. Subhash Gavane, Hon'ble Principal of the University presided over the program. Ms.Sandhya Yagad, conducted a program while Dr.satish More,In-charge of ELF gave the introduction of the program, the Head of English Department, Dr. Kedar Tosar, and Prof. Dr. Subhash Raut of the Department of English were present.Ms. Shubhagi Gade proposed vote of thanks, teachers and non-teaching staff cooperated in organizing this program.
English language and Literature is being regularly practiced for the last many years. The main intention of this forum has been to inculcate the zeal and taste for Language and Literature among the students.
For streamlining and channelizing the program the English language and Literary Forum organizes the various programs throughout the year. It boosts the energy of students and cheers them up for the remaining session. For the same English Language and Literary Forum is formed on Monday Oct., 10 2022.Dr.Dilip Mahajan and Dr.Subhash Raut were present on this occasion.
On Nov.25,2022 the English Language and Literary Forum has got an opportunity to organize a workshop like session.For this Workshop the guest was a professional expert-Ms. Padmajyoti Dhabhade ,who is the motivational speaker, working with multinational corporation, giving guidance on personality development one of the keys to success, or a pass ward to success, her inspirational talk and way of communication would certainly pave the way for futuristic development of the students who attended her workshop.
In her rhetoric the focus was given on personality development and confidence building. The various aspects were discussed and presented in the form of dialogues and activities. In this way the forum bring grist to the meal.
